With the lifting of many restrictions and the move to Alert Level 1, our offices in the Forum are now pleased to be operating under ‘business as usual’ requirements.

You are able to visit our offices at any time, but we still prefer you to call ahead and schedule an appointment so we can make sure we are available.

We also still have the option to work remotely with clients either by phone, email or via Zoom meetings online if this is your preference. Electronic communications via email remain our preferred method of contact to ensure you receive any information as soon as possible.

PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS

We still want to keep you and others safe. If you are personally unwell and have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sneezing or a runny nose then please don’t enter our offices. Contact us and we will make alternative arrangements.

If we are unwell, we will postpone our appointment or visit with you.

HYGIENE

We still encourage basic hygiene measures including washing hands and coughing into elbows. We will continue to have hand sanitiser available for those who wish to use it and we will continue to make sure our offices are cleaned regularly.

CONTACT TRACING

We will no longer complete contact tracing for any visitors to our offices but encourage you to login in using the NZ Covid Tracer QR code available at reception as a personal record of your visit.

 SUPPORT LOCAL

Again we also ask that you remember all the local small businesses that you’ve asked for years to donate and sponsor your sports clubs, school events and organisations. They’re calling in a favour and really need your help at this time. Answer the call - shop local and support local business.

Thanks for your support and understanding during this time.
