From 1 July 2025 Vero are moving all claim submissions online, replacing the email process used to date. This transition aligns with their commitment to innovation, enhancing efficiency and service for clients. 

The online forms are designed to be intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible for all claim types (excluding Marine), ensuring a smoother experience for everyone. 

To help with the transition, any new claims received by email from 1 July 2025 will receive an autoreply with a link to the online claim form. Vero will also be updating our phone recordings with a message encouraging callers to ‘make a claim online’. 

Benefits of using the online claim form 

Claims submitted via the online form result in a faster overall claims process. This is because the mandatory fields in the online claim form ensure Vero are capturing the information required to complete a claim lodgement, make claim decisions and progress the claim first time around. 

While filling in the online claim form might take the same time as writing an email, the benefit of using the digital form is the potential for the claim to auto lodge (if all the information provided is correct).
